A One Week Mindful Creativity Practice

Do you want to commit or recommit to an aspect of your creativity?
Do you benefit from having the accountability of a small group when it comes to setting goals?

If so, consider joining us for this short but effective program.

This is a week-long practice, led by creative coach Emily Mure, designed to help refresh your creativity by connecting (or reconnecting) you to yourself and your surroundings.

It includes two group Zoom sessions (on Nov 6th & Nov 13th at 9:30 am ET) and a week of self-directed (and group-supported) mindful creative work.
